ON WEDDING COORDINATOR
Wedding coordinators make sure that everything runs as planned on your wedding day. They coordinate all party staff actions, keep track of the timeline, and resolve minor issues that arise during the celebration. They aim to provide you with a stress-free and enjoyable wedding.
Wedding coordinators are not responsible for the quality of the services you select while planning your wedding. To ensure you understand exactly what you’re paying for, we’ll discuss the services we provide with you.
COORDINATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contractors’ inspection before Wedding Day
- All contractors’ coordination during the party
- Event timing confirmation & control
- Resolving all issues during the event
- Arrival and transfer control
- Answer all guests’ organizational questions
- A settlement with contractors (optional)
Our first advisory and meeting is a TWO-WAY DISCUSSION and is entirely free. Then you decide whether to continue relying on us or not. An agreement is signed if you are satisfied.
